Who We Are
At 3D Pro Engineering, we’re passionate about helping people bring ideas to life through high‑quality 3D printing.
Based in Ontario, Canada, we focus on making strong, reliable parts that stand up to real‑world use — whether you need a one‑off prototype, a functional component, or a small batch of production parts. Behind the business is a Mechanical Engineer with hands‑on experience in manufacturing and problem‑solving. That background shapes how we approach every project, but we keep things simple: we listen, we understand what you need, and we deliver products that work.
Our goal is to make 3D printing accessible and practical for customers — not just technical experts. We combine thoughtful design, good communication, and the right materials so you end up with parts you can depend on.
How We Work
We take an engineering-informed approach that helps ensure every part performs the way it should. That includes offering support in areas like: material selection, Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), tolerance considerations, assembly consolidation, CAD modeling and design optimization
We’re here to help at any stage — whether your design is ready to print or needs fine‑tuning to get the best results.
3D Design & Engineering
We print using industrial Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology to produce strong, durable, and cost‑effective parts for a wide range of applications — from jigs and fixtures to lightweight structural components.
We provide tolerance engineering and CAD modelling.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
STEP, STL, 3MF, SLDPRT
-
Most parts are completed within 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and quantity.
-
Yes — discounted rates are available for small production runs or batches.
-
Yes. Engineering design support is available, including: DfAM optimization (making your part print better, stronger, and more efficiently), printability reviews, material recommendations and CAD adjustments where needed
-
DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) means your part is designed specifically for 3D printing so it’s stronger, lighter, more reliable, and more cost‑effective. We optimize geometry, orientation, tolerances, and structure to ensure the best performance for your application.
-
It depends on your application — whether you need strength, heat resistance, flexibility, aesthetic quality, low friction, or cost efficiency.
